Delivery
DELIVERY SERVICE
Tia Dorraine uses DPD as its main carrier on all deliveries.
When your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at hello@tiadorraine.com.
Once your order has been shipped a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in the email.
Tia Dorraine uses signed-for and tracked delivery service. That is why orders to PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses will be subject to cancellation. You will receive an email and/or a text message stating a one-hour delivery window and the ability to track your driver. Please, ensure someone will be available to sign for the delivery. In cases you miss your delivery, a card will be left so you will be able to arrange a re-delivery or pick up from the depot.
If you require any changes to your order; including incorrect address details and/or item sizing, please contact hello@tiadorraine.com immediately.
In case you would like to cancel your order after it has been shipped, we do not recommend refusing the delivery as this will incur an additional charge (UK - £10; International – £30) which will be deducted from your refund. In case you change your mind after your order has been despatched, please refer to our Return policy.
Tia Dorraine reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase. Unfortunately, we are not in full control of delivery times. In the case of any delay to processing times, you will be notified by email.
UK DELIVERY INFO
All Mainland UK customers of Tia Dorraine are entitled to FREE next working day delivery on all orders (Mon - Fri). The ones placed by 1.00pm will be received the following day by 7.00pm latest. However, if you’ve placed your order on Friday after 1.00pm or Saturday/Sunday, then the package will be delivered to your door on the following Tuesday.
Furthermore, all orders placed on Bank holidays and public holidays will be despatched on the next working day and will be received on the following day.
SATURDAY AND SUNDAY DELIVERIES (MAINLAND UK ONLY)
If you would like your items delivered on Saturday or Sunday, we’ve got you covered. Simply, place your order by 1.00pm on Friday, in order to get it on the same weekend. In other cases, orders placed during the weekend will be delivered on the following Saturday or Sunday.
Saturday delivery costs an extra £6.
Sunday delivery - £8.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
Delivery details by shipping zone:
- EU countries - Standard delivery (3-5 days) - £10
- Rest of the world - Standard delivery (5-7 days) - £20
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide Next day and Saturday or Sunday international deliveries.
International deliveries may incur customs duty or taxes payable by the buyer, depending on your country of residence and order value. At Tia Dorraine we do our best to deliver within the stated time frame, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.
