Returns & Refunds
You can return your order free of charge within 30 days of receiving. Sale items can only be returned in exchange for a gift card. Custom size items cannot be returned or exchanged. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or gift card.
Returns are only accepted in cases where you are returning items that are brand new, unused, unwarn, unwashed, unmarked, or damaged in any way, in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached; as well as if the items are defective.
To return your order, send us an email at email@example.com or fill our contact from and we will assist with postage, labels and instructions.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will respond to your return request within the same day and send you a return label. The sooner you post the package back to us, the sooner we will receive. We will process your refund as soon as we have the package back and it will take up to 5 working days for the money to appear pack into your account.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 hours of approval. In cases when the return is not within our returning policy, the package will be send back to you and no refund will be processed.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
